We major deals with Local area networks (LAN) installations and Wide area network (WAN) installations i.e. Wireless connections, Installation of servers and workstations, Structural cablings, bridges, routers and other digital services.

We provide IT, communications and security infrastructure solutions which include UTP cabling for data and voice and laying of fiber optic cables in buildings and premises. We install active equipment to create robust Networks. Our integrated/unified technologies include supply of voice solutions and hybrid PABXs. Using the same methodology and cabling as in LAN, we install physical networks for IP CCTV Surveillance.

At Maars technologies we have trained staff capable of doing repairs on all makes of computers and components. Our staff can do on-site repairs in your offices. In case a machine requires more attention we always advice our clients to allow it betaken to our workshop where it always take the shortest time possible.
Furthermore we can inspect your computer and advice changes or additions that can improve your computing experience.

Software Development Services, provision, support and websites design

We sell and install all kind of software. We can configure your system for optimal usage of that software and we can even arrange regular training sessions (one on one, group, or corporate in your offices) so that you can realize that the full potential of your new software.

In this division of our company products, we support our clients periodically according to the agreement on all covered equipment maintenance repair and all relevant support.
Maars Tech will only be providing technical support on server, computers, laptops and ups and should be noted that any accessories due for replacement, the cost of the specific accessory or part will be invoiced for separately.
Preventive Maintenance; Maars Technologies will carry servicing on fully operational electronic systems according to manufacturer’s procedures and requirements, to prevent premature failure.
Any equipment (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Ups) that is under warranty and in any case develops a fault the client is expected to facilitate delivery of the faulty equipment to the respective warranty centre.
Diagnosis of Fault; Maars Technologies will carry out diagnosis to subsystem level and advise the customer accordingly.
Quarterly Performance Reports; Maars Technologies will provide a quarterly report on the status of your equipment. This will indicate which equipment has been repaired, which is un-repairable and which is in full working condition or that needs replacement.
Upgrading and Management; Maars Technologies will keep the customer advised on the new developments in technology relevant and applicable to the customer’s field of business and operations. This will include advising the client on upgrading and management of redundant equipment.
Emergency Repairs 24hours; Maars Technologies will treat these repairs as priority repairs that will be carried out within24hours. Highly recommended for mission critical equipment, and to ensure that your business is returned to normal working condition in the least time possible
Emergency Back-up24/7; Maars Technologies will have engineers available on a 24 hours, 7 days a week basis to attend to your maintenance calls.
