In this division of our company products, we support our clients periodically according to the agreement on all covered equipment maintenance repair and all relevant support.
Maars Tech will only be providing technical support on server, computers, laptops and ups and should be noted that any accessories due for replacement, the cost of the specific accessory or part will be invoiced for separately.
Preventive Maintenance; Maars Technologies will carry servicing on fully operational electronic systems according to manufacturer’s procedures and requirements, to prevent premature failure.
Any equipment (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Ups) that is under warranty and in any case develops a fault the client is expected to facilitate delivery of the faulty equipment to the respective warranty centre.
Diagnosis of Fault; Maars Technologies will carry out diagnosis to subsystem level and advise the customer accordingly.
Quarterly Performance Reports; Maars Technologies will provide a quarterly report on the status of your equipment. This will indicate which equipment has been repaired, which is un-repairable and which is in full working condition or that needs replacement. Upgrading and Management; Maars Technologies will keep the customer advised on the new developments in technology relevant and applicable to the customer’s field of business and operations.
This will include advising the client on upgrading and management of redundant equipment. Emergency Repairs 24hours; Maars Technologies will treat these repairs as priority repairs that will be carried out within24hours.

In case a machine requires more attention we always advice our clients to allow it to be taken to our workshop where it always takes the shortest time possible.
